The following documentation of the Neutral File
Format (NFF) was collected from a number of locations. There
actually appear to be two file formats named NFF, one written by
Eric Haines in the late
1980's, and one later written by The Sense8 Corporation for use
with their WorldTookKit product. It's rather unfortunately that
Sense8 choose to use the same name as an existing file format, as
the two are in no way related.
